Our Staff Events
One of the major events of the year is the Employee celebratory conference where every member of staff is given the opportunity to vote for a colleague who displays the following characteristics: Strong work ethic, Positive attitude, Self-motivated, Delivers on objectives, Team player, Flexibility, Integrity, Committed to quality.
The winners are then rewarded with an all-expenses paid trip to destinations such as Ibiza and Palma de Mallorca.
Contributions to charitable initiatives are also core objectives for the High Street Group and the team has raised thousands of pounds for charity through initiatives such as the annual MTK charity boxing event, trekking the Grand Canyon, summiting Kilimanjaro and climbing the three tallest peaks in Britain in 24 hours. The 2020 challenge will be a gruelling hike through the Sahara Dessert.
