In addition to the facilities mentioned, Hadrian’s Tower will also have its very own catering service. Residents can either pick it up from the venue directly, or pre-order it from home, or on the go.

Plus, all food served will be clean, calorie controlled, and delicious. 

Simply order your meal from the residents’ app, choose your amounts (calories, macros, food groups, etc.), and pick it up.

For residents only, you can wave goodbye to the regular food shop, and say hello to quick, convenient, tasty meals that you didn’t have to slave over.

4: Coffee, coffee, coffee

Say goodbye to Costa and Starbucks, your new home has a coffee bar on the ground floor - perfect for those frosty Monday morning work-runs.

7: A room with a view

Have you ever seen Newcastle city centre from nearly one hundred metres up? If you have ever had the fortune to go up Grey’s Monument (do it, it’s amazing) imagine that, except it’s twice as high - and it’s the view from your living room. Owned by The High Street Group, Hadrian’s Tower residents will have preferential access to the Group’s network of stunning bars, hotels, and restaurants - including the recently opened (and already hugely popular) Purple Peacock Newcastle. Residents will be able to pre-book tables or order food at Three 60, and will have preference for entry to Newcastle’s most exclusive champagne lounge

Plans submitted for Brett Wharf!

Plans have been submitted outlining the proposed development of Brett Wharf on the site of the former oil depot on the banks of the river Tyne.

The plans will see the former site of Brett Oils Depot into an apartment building consisting of 264 separate residences.

The site in Gateshead will be turned into a range of one to three bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses.

Cheshire Junction sold to Cording Real Estate Group

Cording have agreed funds to purchase Cheshire Junction, located in Warrington for around £40 million. The build-to-rent development is located in John Street, in the heart of the Stadium Quarter regeneration area, the development will provide 362 one and two bedroom apartments.

Construction will commence December 2018 and work is expected to be completed in early 2021.

Charlie Miller, Director of Residential Acquisitions at Cording, said: “The site’s location, opposite the train station and within walking distance to Warrington’s town centre is very attractive for future residents and commuters to Liverpool or Manchester. Our project forms part of a wider regeneration of Warrington’s Central Station and is one of the first large developments to take place in the town for more than 10 years”.

Grainger PLC agrees to buy Silbury Boulevard

Grainger have agreed to buy our 261-home build-to-rent development scheme in Milton Keynes for £63m.

Peveril Securities will develop the site, Mayforth will act as development manager and Bowmer and Kirkland will be the contractor.

Helen Gordon, chief executive of Grainger, said: “This new investment will complement Silbury Boulevard, our other PRS build to rent scheme of 139 homes in Milton Keynes, which we own in our GRIP REIT joint venture, and is currently under construction.”
