The Larbert House & Country Estate development is set in the woodland grounds of Larbert House, Falkirk, Stirlingshire. The development includes full restoration and sensitive conversion of the derelict Larbert House and stable block into luxury apartments. It also includes four new build sections comprising of a mews block to mirror the existing stable; eight luxurious detached homes nestled within the walled garden; eight detached properties to the west of the walled garden and a group of three large distinctive detached properties settled within mature trees on the east site.

Larbert House has been nominated for numerous property awards: The Herald Property Awards Scotland where it was entered into the ‘Best Luxury Home’ category and the UK Property Awards 2017 where it won Best Residential Property – Central Scotland.
