Roseate View

Amble

Project GDV
£4.13m

Roseate View in Amble, Northumberland involved the demolition of a former primary school to develop 13 detached homes on an idyllic North East coastline, culminating in a gross development value of £4.13 million.

Made up of seven townhouses and six bungalows, the properties on this development benefit from a cosy duality; contemporary living in a historic port. The townhouses range from 3-4 bedrooms, and each property has a driveway and private back garden.

The seven townhouses hold a prominent position within the development, each enjoying panoramic sea views. The dormer bungalows have three bedrooms, with the entire top floor accommodating a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Each of these has a west facing garden and private driveway.

The development launched in early 2019 with strong interest from locals, resulting in only one townhouse remaining in mid 2019.
