Kelly Knox

Operations Manager | Highstreet Hospitality

With over ten years in accounting and hospitality, a Food Safety Level 3 qualification, and an IOSH Managing Safety Qualification, Kelly joined the Group to support our hospitality operations. Kelly’s work primarily involves internal auditing and operations support for the Group’s 20 plus hospitality venues. As the Group’s operations auditor, Kelly is often found at our restaurants, bars, and hotels ensuring that they are kept to the Group’s incredibly high standards, and are in line with EHO standards.

Kelly also supports out Hospitality Managing Director and Hospitality Operations Director, Phill Brumwell and Natalie Ellis respectively, with the day-to-day hospitality operations of the Group, including administrative work, enforcing uniform standards, booking operations, system checks, and staff training. Kelly also supports our Human Relations department, co-ordinating and managing job posts and interviews for hospitality, and ensuring all staff are appropriately trained during the process of their on-boarding.
