During 2017 the company has developed a hotel business strategy to identify and build a chain of budget boutique hotels in the North of England that will compete in price with budget hotel groups. Over the next 5 years the company will deliver 15-20 hotels under the Hotel 52 brand.

The first of our hotels is Hotel 52, Whitley Bay, a 32 bedroom budget hotel with an adjoining South-American restaurant (Loca). In late 2017 we opened a brand new Hotel 52 in Stanley, County Durham. This is a 23 bedroom hotel with on-site Italian restaurant (Pazzo), cafe and conference facilities.
