The overall development, which is just a short walk to the iconic Bullring, comprises 504 new homes and create a new residential community.  The development is located within the Southern Gateway £1 billion regeneration zone, which is part of the high speed rail network ‘HS2’ masterplan. The city’s vision for the redevelopment of the area is underpinned by improved transport links and strengthening the areas’ character to create a vibrant, liveable and well-connected part of the city centre and a major cultural destination.

Kent Street Baths is located in Southside and has emerged as a distinctive, culturally diverse quarter within Birmingham’s expanding city centre.
