The 83-metre high structure, located on Rutherford Street off St James’ Boulevard, will be made up of 27 storeys and comprise 161 private rental apartments.

From the top of Hadrian’s Tower residents and members of the public will have the opportunity to enjoy a fantastic Champagne Lounge, and take in the 360° views across the city. The off-plan sale of the 54 single, 102 two-bed and 6 three bedroom apartments commenced in September 2017.

These sales have mainly been to overseas investors. Keith McDougall, Operations Director of High Street Residential, said:
