Burn Brae House, Hexham

About the Project

All Saints Construction, along with our sister company All Saints Living, sensitively restored and renovated Burn Brae House in 2016. The former site of Burn Brae Medical Group, we developed this grand Georgian building into 6 two bedroom apartments and a 3 storey, 2 bedroom town house.

We demolished some of the later, less attractive additions to the building and constructed an extension to the west gable to match the exterior of the property. There is lift access to all floors with internal balconies overlooking the glazed front atrium area. Electric gates provide entry to the private, secure car park with dedicated parking bays for each apartment.
