Roseate View, Amble

About the Project

Roseate View consists of the demolition of a former primary school to develop 13 detached homes in Amble, on the idyllic Northumberland coast.

The scheme consists of 7 houses with sea views and 6 bungalows. Each property type has 3 bedrooms and the townhouses benefit from 2 en-suites. The townhouses have bi-folding doors leading to balconies with glass balustrades, where owners can enjoy the surrounding coastal views and the bungalows are likely to appeal to older buyers, or those with mobility issues, as they will provide easy access, single level accommodation.

The homes are located on the historic port of Amble, ‘the friendliest port’ in Northumberland, and occupy a superb waterfront setting amidst some of the most beautiful coastal scenery in Great Britain.

The development name was chosen by school children from the Amble Links First School, adjacent to the site, who named it after the Roseate Tern – a marine bird native the area. This was part of a safety awareness day that the developer held at the school.
