The Parkmore Hotel is a 55-bedroom hotel, with two function rooms, 42 seater restaurant, and three bar facilities alongside the fantastic leisure facilities.
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be a an experienced Sous Chef who can provide hands on support to the Head Chef as well and running service and managing the kitchen team when the Head Chef is not on shift

The Sous Chef we are looking for will be responsible for ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly during busy service ensuring the high brand standards are adhered to at all time and manage the kitchen team.
You will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef with the BOH profitability by controlling stock levels and managing a consistent GP along with staff training and their future development and wage costs. We require someone who can work in a fast paced environment, and has experience dealing with high volumes of business within a structured organised operation.
